On October 15, 2021, the Georgian Reforms Association (GRASS) launched the project "COVID-19: Flexibility and Resilience of Civil Society" with funding from the European Union (EU). The project aims to vaccinate the population living in villages inhabited by ethnic minorities in Kvemo Kartli, which is being implemented with the support of ERIM (formerly IREX Europe) and Tbilisi Human Rights House (HRHT).

The main objective of the EU project is to promote flexibility and resilience of civil society in Eastern Partnership countries, enabling them to mitigate the immediate and long-term impact of COVID-19.

Within the framework of the project, GRASS provides ethnically Armenian and Azerbaijani citizens of Georgia living in the villages of Kvemo Kartli municipalities - Marneuli and Dmanisi with correct and verified information regarding the vaccination of COVID-19. It provides the creation of a mobile vaccination infrastructure on the spot.
