Grass raised issues of religious discrimination and "xenophobic & hate speech trends that are concerning. We also Raised concerns regarding access to information for minorities and citizenship rights.

Helen Koshtaria, outlined restrictions to freedom of expression in Georgia, highlighting the limited functioning of TV channels due to reprisals. According to Ms. Koshtaria, religious discrimination and xenophobia are acute issues within the media and politics, calling for active investigation of the current developments. Another issues addressed were citizenship rights and the teaching of the Georgian language. Ms. Koshtaria stressed the need for effective implementation of the legislation already in place; the rule of law needs to be ensured in Georgia according to her.
