The project contributes to popularize EU and EU related topics throughout Georgia. Specifically, the project aims at widely distributing the knowledge about the European Union among undergraduate students at regional universities of Georgia. Particularly, the project targets universities in the following regions of Georgia: Kakheti Region, Samtskhe-Javakheti, Imereti Region, Samegrelo- Zemo Svaneti and Shida Kartli.
During the project, a pilot online course about the EU will be produced. The platform will be accessible and open to everyone, interested in the topic. Particularly, with this platform, GRASS aims to target those interest groups, who could have the largest multiplier effect, including journalists, civil society organizations’ representatives, youth party members, civil servants as well as teachers in the regions.
