The goals of this initiative was to attract young, talented individuals and develop research capacity of the organization. Specifically, three researchers were recruited under the project:
- Researcher with international relations and/or European Integration academic background;
- Researcher with law academic background;
- Researcher with academic background in economics.
Selected fellows were involved in thematically related projects and engaged in producing a written product about pressing topics in public discussions at the time of selection.
