Project Purpose
The project aimed to amplify regional voices in Georgia, particularly those communities that feel disconnected from national political processes. By spotlighting the everyday concerns of citizens across the regions, the initiative sought to bridge the growing gap between political actors and the public. Through authentic storytelling and strategic media engagement, the project promoted issue-based political dialogue during the pre-election period—encouraging political actors to focus on real problems faced by citizens and prompting a more informed, participatory, and accountable political environment.
The initiative combined fieldwork, multimedia production, and influencer engagement to bring local voices to the forefront of the national conversation. It leveraged both digital and traditional platforms—Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and TV—to reach diverse audiences and stimulate civic awareness and engagement in the lead-up to the elections.
Results Summary
Despite the early suspension of the project, the initiative achieved considerable progress. A substantial body of content was produced and disseminated across various platforms, bringing real regional concerns to public attention. Videos, digital materials, and influencer content successfully reached thousands of viewers, sparking public interest and enhancing the visibility of community priorities in the political space. The project laid essential groundwork for continued efforts to connect citizens and political actors through inclusive and issue-driven discourse.
